We're excited that you chose Elm Farms for your new herd addition. It is very important to us that our goat kids are placed with the right home or farm. Below are our sales terms and conditions that you agree to when purchasing a goat kid from us.
Payment Details
50% deposit required
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a goat kid for purchase.
Price
The prices listed on each kid's sales page bio is firm. We do offer a discount if you are a repeat buyer and have purchased from us before, or if you are purchasing 2+ kids.

We do not sell goats to homes without other goats or plans to purchase another goat at the same time, as goats are herd animals and must have other goat companions.
We do not ship our kids, and all kids must be picked up at our farm on the agreed upon date.

Our form listed above will ask for details regarding your farm set up, your experience owning goats, and details about your plans for your new goat kids. We are happy to help new goat owners, and want to make sure our kids are going to be set up for success at their new homes!

All kids will be either polled or disbudded (details on each kid's bio).
​
All kids will have received their CDT vaccination and booster, coccidia prevention, and priobiotics and B vitamins the day of pickup. Registered kids will have been tattooed.

Bucklings will be wethered at 12 weeks if requested by the buyer.
